Carlene "Charlie" Blair

Carlene "Charlie" Blair, age 64, of Canmer, KY passed away at 3:14 PM EST Friday, February 23, 2007, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. The Vine Grove native was born on July 8, 1942. She was of the Catholic faith. She was the daughter of the late Carl Perry and Mildred (Cockrel) Perry. She is survived by her companion: Charles L. Blair of Canmer, KY; One Daughter: Donna Hale of Canmer, KY; One Son: Darrell Willen of Louisville, KY; Two Half-Brothers: Gary & Randall Perry both of Louisville, KY; Step-Mother: Dorothy Hudson of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation or funeral service as the family chose cremation. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY.
