Bobby Ray Hayes

Bobby Ray Hayes, age 58, of Hardyville, KY, passed awayTuesday, August 16, 2022, at his home. He was in the maintenace department at Fischbach USA Inc. in Elizabethtown, KY. He was a US Army Veteran. He enjoyed dirt car racing, his dogs, Mountain Dews, Marlboro cigarettes and sitting outside in the hot weather.

He is the son of Clyde Hayes (Ruth Ann) of Campbellsville, KY and Jenny Hudson Tucker (Hollis) Richmond, KY.

He is preceded in death by one son, Dustin Matthews and one granddaughter, Taylor Hayes.

He is survived by his wife; Niki Janes Hayes; two daughters, Ashley Spencer and her husband, Jermaine, Gretna, LA, Amber Matthews Oliver and her husband, James, Louisville, KY; two sons, Matthew Hayes, Glasgow, KY, Aaron Matthews and his wife, Gabby, Munfordville, KY; five grandchildren, Maxwell, Rylin, Milo, Paisley and Kendell; four brothers, Tommy Hayes (Peggy) Campbellsville, KY, Larry Hayes, Campbellsville, KY, Timmy Hayes, Campbellsville, KY, Ricky Hayes (Kelli) Harrodsburg, KY.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Friday, August 19, 2022 and again from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 20, 2022 with Les Bryant officiating. Interment will be at Whickerville Cemetery.
