Barbara Jean (Jaggers) Fryer

Barbara Jean Fryer, age 89, of Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022 at Nortons Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. She was a member of Rockford View United Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was the daughter of the late William Riley Jaggers and the late Nellie Gertrude Jaggers and wife of the late CLifton Fryer.

She is preceded in death by her two sisters, Joyce Waddle and Pernie Gardner; an infant brother, Charles Jaggers.

She is survived by one daughter, Karen Swift and her husband Marty, Louisville, KY; two sons, Larry Michael Fryer, Fairdale, KY, Kevin Fyer and his wife Billi, Savannah, GA; nine grandchildren,
Benjamin Fryer (Crystal), James Fryer (Nicole), Shane Swift (Amy), Heather Sego (Blake), Sarah Bilbro (Jensen), Susannah Fryer, Hudson Weber, Hayden Weber and William Fryer; six great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tristan, Sophia, Leila, Emmakate, and Weston.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 PM CT on Thursday, December 15, 2022 and again from 8:00-10:00 AM CT on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM CT on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in Center Point Cemetery.
