Barbara Sue (Suzy) Mabe

Barbara Sue "Suzy" Mabe, age 69, of Munfordville, KY, passed Monday, May 1, 2017, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. She was formerly employed by Louisville Bedding Company. She is the daughter of the late Bernice Matthews and the late Glenda Lorene Fisher Matthews.
She is survived by her husband, Arnold "Junior" Mabe; one daughter, LeKecia McDowell, Munfordville, KY, one son, Gregory Mitchell Lowe, Munfordville, KY; one sister, Goldie Hester Hudson, Munfordville, KY; five grandchildren, Stephanie Wright and husband Larry, Gary Lowe, Jason Lowe and wife Brittany, Lucas McDowell and wife Kristen, Dustin McDowell; one great grandson, Liam McDowell. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Becky Lowe.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Justin Rutledge officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
