Arlene (Farris) Meredith

Arlene Meredith, age 81, of Bonnieville, KY, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013, at her home in Bonnieville, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of the Salem General Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Watson Farris and the late Rosie Carroll Farris

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James "River Jim" Meredith.

She is survived by one daughter Mary Francis Highbaugh and Marty Bonnieville, KY;  one sister Willodean Decker, Bee Springs, KY; one granddaughter Heather Parks, Bonnieville, KY;  one step granddaughter Marshell Highbaugh, Bonnieville, KY.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville KY and on Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until time for services on Thursday at New Salem General Baptist Church, Bee Springs, KY.    Funeral service will be at New Salem General Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 19, 2013,  Bro. Dagwood Huff officiating.  Interment will be at Jock Cemetery, Bee Spring, KY
