Arden Ralph Checolinski, age 58, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was the son of the late Eugene Checolinski and the late Ruth Checolinski
He is survived by his wife: Laura Checolinski; one daughter: Carrie Thomas (Paul), Munfordville, KY; one son: Justin Checolinski, Louisville, KY.
The family has chosen cremation. A service will be held at a later date.
