Annie E. Smith

Annie E. Smith, age 84, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Lee Nutt and the late Martha Lee Sanders Nutt and the wife of the late George W. Smith Sr. She is survivedy by one daughter: Deloris Nunn, Horse Cave, KY; one son: Ova Dean Smith, Munfordville, KY; nine grandchildren, three step grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four children; Clella Violet Smith, Ardana Smith, George William Smith Jr. and Bertha Bryant. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, May 7, 2010 and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 8, 2010. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Srygler officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Seperate Baptist Church Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
