Anna Jean Massie

Anna Jean Massie, age 77, of Munfordville, KY passed away at 12:45 AM CDT Monday, April 23, 2007, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. The Hart County native was born on May 23, 1929. She was a retired housekeeper and a member of Allen Seminary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Felix Massie and the late Lizzie (Cowerd) Massie. She is survived by her husband Willie Massie of Munfordville, KY; One Son: James Strickland of Munfordville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday, April 24, 2007 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday, April 25, 2007. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday, April 25, 2007 with Rev. William Dice and Rev.Stanford Dixon officiating. Interment will be at Allen Seminary Cemetery in Hardyville, KY.
